The improvement of the methods reducing dynamic loads in elements self-propelled transport machines and transported goods is based on results analysis phenomena that occur during their operation, which due to growth load, increase working speeds, combination loading unloading operations with other technological operations, productivity.
 To prevent damage ensure traffic safety, packaging artificial cargoes are secured car bodies, train carriages ship holds wire ties, thrust spacer bars, tying methods.
 But transportation, as a result stretching breaking stretch marks pulling out nails, damaged, moving body, wagon or hold. Therefore, it very important at design stage fastening structure establish possible movement well within given limits order load.
